Crispy Zucchini Chips

Ingredients


  • 1 medium zucchini 🥒

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes 🍞

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 🧀 (optional)

  • A pinch of salt 🧂

  • A dash of black pepper or paprika (optional) 🌶️

👩‍🍳 How to Make


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Wash and thinly slice the zucchini into even rounds.

  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add zucchini slices and toss gently.

  4. Coat each slice with breadcrumbs (and cheese if using).

  5. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. 😋
