👩🍳 How to Make
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and thinly slice the zucchini into even rounds.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add zucchini slices and toss gently.
Coat each slice with breadcrumbs (and cheese if using).
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
